    The front of this disc charm necklace is custom engraved with actual baby footprints, name, birth date, birth length and weight

    1. The center of the pendant will be engraved with your baby's actual footprints. Your baby's name, date of birth, time of birth, weight, and length can be engraved around the footprints.
    2. Option 1. Select UPLOAD FOOTPRINT IMAGE to upload an image of the footprints you want engraved and enter the birth details in the text fields that appear.
    3. Option 2. If you wish to pre-view your engraving before you order, click REQUEST ENGRAVING PROOF, and email an image of your baby's footprints, and the birth details you want engraved. Select UPLOAD ENGRAVING PROOF to upload your proof.

    The back of this disc charm necklace can be engraved with up to 4 lines of text

    1. Text engraving on the back is optional and costs $10 per line.
